Professional Licensed Stylist Requirements ✂️Non-refundable/ non-transferable deposit is required ✂️Hair is provided for all braid services except crochet. Bundles can be purchased for weave installments ✂️Hair needs to be 4 inches, hair shorter than 4 inches can be braided however a consultation needs to be booked (short hair fees apply) ✂️Clean & Blow Dried hair from root to end required unless service is booked as add on or included with service ✂️Balance is paid in cash, Zelle, or card on file. Weekend payments are cash or Zelle only ✂️Any appointment booked on a holiday, after/before business hours, or Sunday are considered VIP ($100) ✂️Same Day Appointments ($25)Squeeze in appointments ($75) ✂️Travel Fee $25 flat rate plus $1 per mile each way) ✂️All returning clients get priority on waitlist ✂️No refund on any service or bundle purchase ✂️When booking, please make sure to use the “category “ drop-down box to add selections from all stepsBusiness Hours

Cancellation Policy
When canceling an appointment, a 24 hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 100% charge.
A 48 hour notice is required for all services over $300, otherwise resulting in a 90% charge.
10 minute grace period , after 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added to your total. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and charged 100%.
Deposits are non refundable and non transferable. Each reschedule will require new deposit.
